JP Youth Coordinator
Are you passionate about empowering youth and creating impactful programs? We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Jordans Principle Youth Coordinator.Responsibilities:
• Delivering programs and services for children and youth under the guidance of the Program Manager.
• Planning and coordinating community programming, leisure activities, and cultural events.
• Providing leadership and supervision to support staff.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants by maintaining knowledge of emergency procedures, First Aid, and CPR.
• Collaborating with team members to evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements.
Requirements:
• Vulnerable Sector Check • Proficiency in community programming, event coordination, and northern cultural activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing and report preparation.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional extended hours as needed.
